Title: Save Transfer from standard to definitive edition

I'm a massive fan of Outward and love the new update to PS5 but I can't transfer my saves over from the standard edition. Me and my buddy are halfway thru beating The Three Brothers DLC and can't take advantage of the transfer with better graphics, stupidly-reduced loading screens and better fps. Is there a way 9-dots can make a transfer save feature for upgrading generations?
